Aramco had 17 office buildings from where there were frequent service requests for plumbing, electrical or new furniture requests. Everyday there were calls to the call centre causing heavy traffic. This made the TAT very high for all service requests as well as general FAQs
We’ve developed a on-site IBM Watson implementation of a chat interface that was fully automated to have a dialogue with the users, registering service tickets, answering FAQs as well as retrieving status of tickets raised.

We helped Sweetinn, a large chain of hotel apartments across europe, build a personal assistant for the guests staying at their apartments. It was integrated with Kodi, an opensource hometheatre software with which there was an audio and visual experience for the guests when they asked questions about services provided.

The system was completely dynamic so that the administration could monitor, customize the conversations that take place with guests. Same system was used to operate in-room entertainment on the TV
